At INTOIT, every product is crafted with care, precision, and purpose. Our formulations go through rigorous testing to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. However, in the rare instance that your experience falls short, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ensure a seamless resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:
• Kindly email us at support@intoit.in within 48 hours of receipt.
• Include your order number, a brief description, and photographs of the item and packaging.
Our team will review your request promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified by email once the transaction has been processed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch. To do so, please email support@intoit.in with your order details. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during sales, bundles, or promotional offers
• Complimentary gifts or samples
